Description

Self-operating float-type combination air release valve designed to be fitted at any high point on a pipeline. Capable of discharging large volumes of air during filling, admitting air during draining, and purging entrapped air under pressure. Incorporates an anti-shock (non-slam) mechanism to mitigate water hammer.

Selection notes

This air valve is a combination air release valve, anti-shock, non-slam and triple function pattern, supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN200, in PN10, PN16, PN25.

The body is GJS 500-7.

Seat and trim options are GJS 500-7. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
