Quick Closing Valves

Quick-closing valves provide rapid emergency shut-off of fuel, oil and other lines, closing fast on a manual, thermal or remote trip to isolate flow in a fire or spill. Held open against a spring during normal operation, they close under spring or weight when tripped, often through a wire or pneumatic release routed to a safe location. They are common on marine and industrial fuel-oil tanks and bunkering systems, in bronze and steel. Provide the bore, pressure rating, medium and the required trip method for a suitable valve.
