Description
Two-piece body stainless steel ball valve with full bore and threaded end connections, for use in water, oil, gas, acid, steam, and industrial pipeline systems. Available in sizes 1/4 in to 4 in with quarter-turn operation. Body materials include ASTM A351 CF8M, CF8, CF3M, SS316, SS304, and ASTM A216 WCB. Seat options are RPTFE and PPL.
Selection notes
This ball valve is a 2-piece, full port and threaded end pattern, supplied for threaded installation.
Sizes run NPS 1/4" to NPS 4", in 1000 WOG (69 bar / 1000 psi).
The body is offered in ASTM A351 CF8M, ASTM A351 CF8, ASTM A351 CF3M and SS316, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are RPTFE and PPL. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include water, oil, gas and steam.

Working temperature is -20°C to 300°C, by material.
