Description

Gland-type loose sleeve expansion joint composed of a loose sleeve telescopic joint and two spacing short pipes, designed to connect pipes of different materials and outside diameters. Manufactured from steel or ductile iron sleeve with anti-corrosion coating, it accommodates axial displacement under axial pressure and thrust within the allowable displacement range, and accepts misaligned or dissimilar pipelines. Sealing is provided by EPDM or NBR gaskets secured with steel bolts and nuts.
