Description
Cast steel trunnion-mounted ball valve with bolted cover, two-piece or three-piece body, anti-blowout stem, fire-safe and anti-static design. Available in Class 150 and Class 300. Designed and manufactured to API 6D and API 608 with raised-face flanged or butt-weld end connections.
Selection notes
This ball valve is a trunnion mounted and cast steel pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.
Sizes run DN100 to DN900, in Class 150, Class 300.
The body is offered in ASTM A216 WCB, ASTM A351 CF8 and ASTM A351 CF8M, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are Reinforced PTFE. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Built to API 6D, API 608, ANSI B16.5, ANSI B16.25 and API 607.
