Description
Forged steel floating ball valve with carbon steel, stainless steel, or low-temperature alloy body materials. The floating ball design transfers seat sealing loads directly from line pressure. Suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive service conditions.
Selection notes
This ball valve is a floating ball and forged steel pattern, supplied for threaded, socket weld, butt weld and flanged installation.
Sizes run DN15 to DN100.
The body is offered in A105, F304, F304L and F316, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, NYLON and PPL. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include water, oil, gas and chemicals.
