Description

Forged steel check valve for high-pressure industrial pipeline systems. Available in NPS 1/2 to NPS 2 with pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500. End connections include raised face, socket weld, butt weld, and ring-type joint. Suitable for service temperatures from -29°C to 550°C across a range of media including water, steam, oil, nitric acid, and acetic acid.

This check valve is a forged steel pattern, supplied for flanged, socket weld and butt weld installation.

Sizes run NPS 1/2" to NPS 2", in Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in A105N (forged carbon steel), A182 F22, A182 F304(L) and A182 F316(L), so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Stated service media include water, steam, oil, nitric acid and acetic acid.
