Description

Cast steel swing check valve in NPS 2" to 48" across pressure classes Class 150LB to 2500LB. Body materials include carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, chrome-moly alloys, and austenitic stainless steels. Designed and manufactured to API 6D and BS 1868 with flanged end connections per ASME B16.5 and B16.47.

Selection notes

This check valve is a swing and cast steel pattern, supplied for flanged, butt weld and socket weld installation.

Sizes run NPS 2" to NPS 24", in Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in ASTM A216 WCB, ASTM A351 CF8 and ASTM A351 CF8M, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are ASTM A105+13CR, ASTM A105+STL, ASTM A351 CF8 and ASTM A351 CF8M. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
