  • Accepts up to 1,500 pilot combinations including float, pressure, solenoid and altitude controls
  • Spindle assembly supported at both ends by bearings for stable throttling and positive closure
  • 4:1 cavitation pressure drop ratio (vs 3:1 for most competitors)
  • Optional V-Port anti-cavitation trim for improved low-flow stability
  • Fusion-bonded epoxy coating (250 micron minimum, RAL 5005) approved for drinking water by WRAS
  • Available in full bore and reduced bore configurations

Description

The Alpine ACV is a globe-style, diaphragm-actuated, hydraulic pilot-operated control valve for automatic water control applications. Available in the A900 series (DN50-DN350) and R900 series (DN80-DN800), it accepts a wide range of pilot configurations including modulating float control (BT110-10), on/off float control (BT110-14), altitude control (BT127), pressure reducing (BT115), pressure relief/sustaining (BT116) and solenoid control (BT113). The body is ductile iron with fusion-bonded epoxy coating (WRAS approved, 250 micron, RAL 5005). Up to 1,500 pilot combinations are available.

Sizes run DN50 to DN800, in PN10, PN16, PN25.

The body is EN-GJS-500-7.

Seat and trim options are Stainless Steel AISI 304 and Stainless Steel AISI 316. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
