Description

Double-flanged rigid dismantling joint providing longitudinal adjustment of up to 50 mm in flanged pipeline systems. Designed to facilitate installation and removal of valves, pumps and instrumentation by allowing adjustment of the distance between two flanged products. Suitable for water, sea water, gas, oil and low-corrosive liquids across a wide range of sizes and pressure ratings. Internal and external coating: fusion bonded epoxy, minimum thickness 300 microns. Leakage rate tested to Class A in both directions per EN12266-1 and ISO5208.

This dismantling joint is a three flanges rigid type and double flanged pattern, supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN4000, in PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64, Class 150, Class 300.
