Description

Two-piece trunnion-mounted ball valve with soft or metal hard seat options, covering NPS 1-1/2 to NPS 60 in Class 150 to Class 900. Designed and tested to API 6D with flanged ends to ASME B16.5/B16.47 and butt-weld ends to ASME B16.25/B31.8. Available in a range of body materials including carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, and austenitic stainless steel castings.

Selection notes

This trunnion mounted ball valve is a soft seal and metal hard seal pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run NPS 1" to NPS 60", in Class 150, Class 300, Class 400, Class 600, Class 900.

The body is offered in WCB, LCB, WCC and CF8, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, NYLON and Acetal. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Built to API 6D, API 607, API 6FA, ASME B16.34 and ASME B16.5.
