Description
One-piece body ball valve with female threaded end connections, operated by a quarter-turn (90°) stem-driven floating ball mechanism. Available in stainless steel and carbon steel body materials with a reduced port configuration. Suitable for shutoff applications across a range of media including oil, gas, and water.
Selection notes
This ball valve is a 1-piece body, female thread, floating ball and reduced port pattern, supplied for threaded installation.
Sizes run NPS 1/4" to NPS 4", in 150 WOG, 200 WOG, 400 WOG, 600 WOG, 800 WOG, 1000 WOG.
The body is offered in CF8, CF8M and WCB, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, FKM and PPL. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include oil, gas, water and acid liquid.
It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater and Industrial Process.
Working temperature is -20°C to 255°C.
