Description
Three-piece body ball valve with female threaded end connections, in which a floating ball is driven by the valve stem and rotates 90 degrees to control flow. The three-piece body construction allows disassembly and seal replacement without removing the valve from the pipeline. Available in stainless steel and carbon steel body materials with full port bore, ISO mounting pad, and locking device as standard.
Selection notes
This ball valve is a 3-piece, female thread, full port and floating ball pattern, supplied for threaded installation.
Sizes run NPS 1/4" to NPS 4", in 1000 WOG.
The body is offered in CF8, CF8M and WCB, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, FKM and PPL. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include oil, gas, water and acid liquid.

Working temperature is -20°C to 255°C.
