Description
A forged stainless steel ball valve with double ferrule compression end connections. The ball is driven by the valve stem via quarter-turn rotation to control flow. Maximum working pressure is 6000 PSI and the valve is available as a full-port design in sizes from 1/8" to 1".
Selection notes
This ball valve is a instrumentation, double ferrule and full port pattern, supplied for double ferrule compression installation.
Sizes run NPS 1/8" to NPS 1", in 1000 psi.
The body is offered in SS304 and SS316, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, FKM and PPL. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include oil, gas, water and acid liquid.

Working temperature is -20°C to 255°C.
