Description
A forged stainless steel instrument ball valve with female threaded ends, using a floating ball and quarter-turn operation to control flow. Available in full port configuration with NPT, BSPT, or BSPP thread types. Maximum working pressure is 6000 PSI across sizes 1/8" to 1".

Sizes run NPS 1/8" to NPS 1", in 1000 psi, 1500 psi, 2000 psi, 2500 psi, 3000 psi, 5000 psi.
The body is offered in SS304, SS316 and 316L stainless steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, FKM and PPL. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include oil, gas, water and acid liquid.
