Description
A forged stainless steel female-threaded mini ball valve using a floating ball design operated by a quarter-turn stem rotation. Available in full port configuration with NPT, BSPT, or BSPP thread forms. Rated to a maximum working pressure of 6.4 MPa across a temperature range of -20 °C to 255 °C.
Selection notes
This ball valve is a mini, full port, floating ball and female thread pattern, supplied for threaded installation.
Sizes run NPS 1/8" to NPS 1", in 6.4.
The body is offered in SS304 and SS316, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, FKM and PPL. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include oil, gas, water and acid liquid.
It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater and Industrial Process.
Working temperature is -20°C to 255°C.
Built to ASME B16.34 and GB12224.
