Description
Miniature ball valve with male-female threaded end connections, using a floating ball operated by a quarter-turn stem rotation to control flow. Manufactured from forged stainless steel with a full-port bore. Maximum working pressure is 6.4 MPa across a temperature range of -20 °C to 255 °C.
Selection notes
This ball valve is a mini, full port, floating ball and forged pattern, supplied for threaded installation.
Sizes run NPS 1/8" to NPS 1", in 64 bar.
The body is offered in SS304 and SS316, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, FKM and PPL. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include oil, gas, water and acid liquid.
It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater and Industrial Process.
Working temperature is -20°C to 255°C.
Built to ASME B16.34, GB12224 and ISO 9001:2015.
