Description

Forged, female-threaded hydraulic ball valve using a floating ball actuated by a quarter-turn of the valve stem. Rated up to 7250 PSI working pressure across a size range of 1/8" to 2". Available in stainless steel and carbon steel body materials with multiple seat material options. Reduced port.

Selection notes

This ball valve is a female thread, hydraulic, instrument and reduced port pattern, supplied for threaded installation.

Sizes run NPS 1/8" to NPS 2", in 7250 psi.

The body is offered in SS304, SS316, A105 and 20# steel (AISI 1020), so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are PTFE, RPTFE, FKM and PPL. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Stated service media include oil, gas, water and acid liquid.
