Description

A Double Block and Bleed (DBB) ball valve incorporating two in-line closure elements and a bleed port between the obturators, allowing isolation and venting of trapped fluid between the two balls within a single valve body. Designed to replace two separate isolation valves and a bleed valve in a pipeline system. Available in floating or metal seated configurations with independent ball and stem arrangement.

This ball valve is a double block and bleed, twin and dbb pattern.

Sizes run DN50 to DN1500, in Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
