Description

Fully welded ball valve forged from premium materials with side-entry (side-mounted) ball configuration, available in cylindrical and spherical fully welded body designs. Offered in both fixed and floating ball variants, with optional extended stems for buried/underground installation. Advanced welding techniques are employed to reduce residual stress; CTOD values of weld joints are used for post-heat-treatment safety assessments.

This ball valve is a fully welded, fixed, floating and underground pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN1500, in PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, PN160, PN250, PN320, PN400, PN420, Class 150, Class 300, Class 400, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
