Description

Quarter-turn, side-entry, trunnion-mounted ball valve designed to stop or allow flow of medium in pipelines. Features a hollow spherical disk supported by trunnion bearings, with single-piston-effect seats providing Double Block and Bleed (DBB) functionality. Available in soft seal, triangular ring seal, and hard seal configurations. Fitted with fire-safe and anti-static devices, emergency sealant injection ports for seat and stem seals (each with grease valve and check valve), bottom drain and top vent ports, and anti-ejection stem design. Extended-stem and welded-end variants available.

This ball valve is a trunnion mounted and side entry pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run NPS 2" to NPS 60", in PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, PN160, PN250, PN320, PN400, PN420, Class 150, Class 300, Class 400, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
