Description

Double eccentric high-performance butterfly valve, available in sizes NPS 2" to NPS 48" (DN50 to DN1200), pressure ratings Class 150 to Class 300 and PN10 to PN50. Body materials include carbon steel and stainless steel grades; seating in PTFE and PTFE composites. Suitable for petroleum, petrochemical, natural gas, power, and water conservancy industries.

Selection notes

This butterfly valve is a high-performance and double eccentric pattern, supplied for wafer, lug and flanged installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN1200, in PN10, Class 150, Class 300.

The body is offered in WCB, A351 Gr CF8, A351 Gr CF8M and A351 Gr CF3M, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are PTFE, PTFE+GLASS FIBRE, PTFE+GRAPHITE and RPTFE. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Stated service media include petroleum, petrochemical, natural gas, electric power and water.

Working temperature is -196°C to 300°C.
