Description
A wafer-type butterfly valve with PTFE lining, available in sizes NPS 1-1/2 to 48 at 150LB pressure rating. The body is available in cast iron, cast steel, or stainless steel, with a PTFE seat and WCB+PTFE disc. The valve features a pinless disc-to-stem connection to ensure full isolation between the medium and metallic components.

This butterfly valve is a wafer type and ptfe lined pattern, supplied for wafer installation.
Sizes run NPS 1" to NPS 48", in PN10, PN16, Class 125.
The body is offered in Cast iron, Cast steel and Stainless steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, NR, CR and NBR. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include water, weak acids and alkalis, air, steam and oil.
