- Combines metal hard seal and elastic seal; effective across low and high temperature ranges with corrosion resistance
- Valve disc overlaid with hard-facing material for wear resistance and extended service life
- Rotation range 0° - 90°; fully open at 90°
- Double-flanged body construction
- Cross-ribbed disc design for structural reinforcement
- Worm gearbox actuator fitted
Description
Triple eccentric butterfly valve featuring a triple offset hard seal structure combining metal hard seal and elastic seal properties. Disc rotates 0 to 90 degrees within a cylindrical body, fully open at 90 degrees. Suitable for shut-off and flow control of water, oil, gas, and corrosive media in oil and gas, petrochemical, LNG, power generation, chemical processing, and water treatment applications.
Selection notes
This butterfly valve is a triple eccentric and hard seal pattern, supplied for wafer and lug installation.
Sizes run DN100 to DN3600, in Class 150, Class 300.
The body is offered in WCB, CF8, CF304 and CF3M, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are Stellite, Tungsten carbide, Nickel alloys and Monel. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include water, oil, gas and corrosive media.
It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater and Industrial Process.
Working temperature is max 425°C.
