Description

Non-rising stem resilient seat gate valve designed for underground and confined space installations in water distribution and fire protection systems. Features a ductile iron body with fusion bonded epoxy coating and a fully encapsulated EPDM rubber wedge for bubble-tight shut-off per tested standard. Engineered to DIN F4 face-to-face dimensions for compatibility with European-standard piping systems.

Selection notes

This gate valve is a non-rising stem, resilient seat and soft seat pattern, supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN2200, in PN10, PN16.

The body is offered in Cast Iron and Ductile Iron, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are EPDM and NBR. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Stated service media include water, chemicals, air, steam, oil and salts.

Working temperature is -10°C to 120°C.
