Description
Bellows sealed globe valve with double sealing via packing and bellows for zero stem leakage. The bellows is housed within the bonnet cavity, shielded from direct media contact, and uses 2 to 4 layer overlap construction. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel body materials across a wide size and pressure range.
Selection notes
This globe valve is a bellows sealed pattern, supplied for flanged installation.
Sizes run DN15 to DN400, in PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64.
The body is offered in WCB, CF8, CF8M and CF3, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are 2Cr13 (AISI 420), 304, 316 and 304L. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include water, oil and gas.
It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater and Industrial Process.
Working temperature is -29°C to 425°C.
Built to DIN3202, DIN3230 and DIN2543-2545.
