Description
Slab gate valve designed for high-pressure pipeline systems in petroleum, natural gas, and chemical engineering applications. Features a flat gate plate design enabling bidirectional sealing with a full-diameter, low-resistance flow path. Body constructed from alloy steel with surface hardening treatment. Suitable for operation under high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive medium conditions.
Selection notes
This slab gate valve is a high pressure and api 6a pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.
Sizes run NPS 1" to NPS 42", in Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.
The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Stated service media include crude oil, natural gas and chemical fluids.
It is catalogued for Oil & Gas and Industrial Process.
Working temperature is -46°C to 121°C.
Built to API 6A, API 600, GB/T 22513, NACE MR0175 and ASME B16.10.
