Description

Through Conduit (T.C.) slab gate valve with full bore port, rising stem OS&Y design, and floating seats and gate that are pressure energised for bubble-tight shut-off upstream and downstream under both low and high differential pressure. Features double block and bleed capability and automatic relief of excess body cavity pressure. The smooth, continuous bore allows passage of pigs and scrapers without damage.

This slab gate valve is a through conduit gate valve and single wedge gate valve pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run NPS 2" to NPS 60", in PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, PN160, PN250, PN320, PN400, PN420, Class 150, Class 300, Class 400, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Stated service media include tap water, sewage, petroleum, chemical fluids, abrasive fluids and food-grade media.
