Description

4-inch (DN100) wafer or lug butterfly valve with ductile iron body and EPDM seat, designed for flow isolation, throttling, and control in water distribution, wastewater treatment, and building services applications. The valve uses an eccentric disc structure with stainless steel disc and stem. Available with multiple seat materials (EPDM, NBR, PTFE, FKM, CSM) and actuation options including manual lever, gear operator, pneumatic actuator, and electric actuator. Body material options include ductile iron, stainless steel, and aluminium.

Selection notes

This butterfly valve is a wafer type and lug type pattern, supplied for wafer, lug and flanged installation.

Sizes run NPS 4 inch, in PN10, PN16, ANSI 125, ANSI 150, ANSI 300, JIS 10K.

The body is offered in Ductile iron, Stainless steel and Aluminium, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are EPDM, NBR, PTFE and FKM. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
