Description
A lug-type butterfly valve with a ductile iron disc and EPDM seat, intended for on-off isolation service in water supply, wastewater, HVAC, and general industrial pipeline systems. The lug body design supports end-of-line service. A gear operator is fitted to enable controlled manual operation at medium and large diameters where operating torque reduction is required.
Selection notes
This butterfly valve is a lug type and gear operated pattern, supplied for lug installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN1200, in PN10, PN16, Class 150, Class 300.
The body is offered in CI, DI, CS and SS, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are EPDM, PTFE, FKM and NBR. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include chemicals, air, water, steam, oil and salts.

Working temperature is -30°C to 135°C.
