Description
A wafer-type butterfly valve with ductile iron disc and EPDM seat, designed for on-off isolation in water supply, wastewater, HVAC, and general industrial pipeline systems. The compact wafer body installs between flanges and is operated by a manual handle for quick opening and closing. Available in multiple body, seat, and stem material combinations to suit various media.
Selection notes
This butterfly valve is a wafer type pattern, supplied for wafer installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN1200, in PN10, PN16, Class 150, Class 300.
The body is offered in CI, DI, CS and SS, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are EPDM, PTFE, FKM and NBR. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include water, wastewater, chemicals, air, steam and oil.
