Description
The FBLC is a resilient-seated concentric butterfly valve with a pinless disc design that eliminates the corrosion and leakage path associated with conventional pin/stem connections. The EPDM seat is moulded integrally into the body, providing a positive bubble-tight seal. Fusion-bonded epoxy coating provides corrosion protection for buried or wet-well service. Available with handwheel, gearbox or electric actuator.
Selection notes
This butterfly valve is supplied for flanged installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN1200, in PN10, PN16.
The body is Ductile Iron.
Seat and trim options are EPDM. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater and HVAC.
Working temperature is -10°C to 120°C, and the pressure rating falls as temperature rises: read the pressure-temperature table below rather than the headline class.
Built to EN 593, EN ISO 5752, EN 1074-2, ISO 5752 and DIN 3202.
