Description
Wafer-style butterfly valve with dual alignment holes for installation between flanges, featuring a PTFE-lined seat for chemical resistance. Constructed with an eccentric structure to reduce seat friction and extend service life. Available in multiple body, disc, stem, and seat material combinations for use with corrosive media, treated water, and industrial fluids. 90° rotation for rapid open/close operation.
Selection notes
This butterfly valve is a wafer type and ptfe lined pattern, supplied for wafer installation.
Sizes run DN40 to DN1200, in PN10, PN16.
The body is offered in CI, DI, WCB and ALB, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are EPDM, PTFE, FKM and NBR. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include corrosive media, treated water and industrial fluids.

Working temperature is -45°C to 150°C.
