Selection notes

This check valve is a swing pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run NPS 2" to NPS 24", in Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in ASTM A216 WCB, ASTM A351 CF8, ASTM A351 CF3 and ASTM A351 CF8M, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are 13Cr, STL, 304 and 316. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Stated service media include water, steam, oil and gas.

It is catalogued for Oil & Gas.

Working temperature is -196°C to 560°C.

Built to API594, API6D, JB/T8937, GB/T12236 and DIN3202.
