Description
Wafer-type lifting check valve for horizontal or vertical pipeline installation. Available in sizes DN15 to DN1200 and pressure classes Class 150 to Class 2500 / PN1.6 to PN10.0 MPa. Accommodates soft-to-soft or metal-to-metal sealing configurations. Disc closes rapidly, reducing water hammer pressure. Parts material and end-face form and size are selectable to suit working conditions or user requirements.
Selection notes
This check valve is a wafer type and lifting check pattern, supplied for wafer installation.
Sizes run DN15 to DN1200, in PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, Class 150, Class 300, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.
The body is offered in WCB, WCA, WCC and WC6, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Stated service media include water, steam and oil.
It is catalogued for Oil & Gas.
Working temperature is max 350°C.
Built to API 6D, JB/T 8937, API 594, API 598 and GB/T 13927.
