Description
A tilting disc check valve with lever, counterweight, and hydraulic buffer device, designed for installation at pump outlets in industrial water supply and sewage treatment applications. Prevents backflow and eliminates water hammer. Available in ductile iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel body materials for horizontal or vertical installation.
Selection notes
This check valve is a tilting disc, hydraulic slow closing and butterfly pattern, supplied for flanged installation.
Sizes run DN200 to DN1600, in PN10, PN16.
The body is offered in GGG40, GGG50, WCB and SS304, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are F6a, SS304 and SS316. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include water and sewage.

Working temperature is 10°C to 80°C.
Built to DIN3202, ISO5752, ISO5211, EN1092 PN10 and EN1092 PN16.
