Description

Non-rising (rotating) stem gate valve in which the stem and nut are arranged on the gate plate; handwheel rotation drives the stem to lift the gate via a trapezoidal thread converting rotational motion to linear motion. The valve body incorporates a guide mechanism to prevent gate rotation during opening and closing, ensuring accurate seat sealing. The wedge gate does not contact the seat surface prior to final closure, reducing seat wear and extending service life. Low fluid resistance straight-through flow path; bidirectional flow installation.

Selection notes

This gate valve is a non-rising stem, rotating stem and wedge pattern.

Sizes run DN50 to DN600, in PN100, PN160, PN250, PN320, PN420, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
