Description

Wedge-type gate valve for high-temperature and high-pressure service in thermal power station pipeline systems. The valve body incorporates a guide mechanism to prevent gate rotation during operation, ensuring accurate seating alignment. The wedge gate does not contact the seat prior to final closure, reducing sealing surface wear. Suitable for bidirectional flow; generally installed horizontally.

Selection notes

This gate valve is a wedge and power plant pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN600, in PN100, PN160, PN250, PN420, Class 600, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
