Description

A double-gate structured gate valve designed for industrial sampling applications. Each gate features an independent sealing system providing bidirectional sealing to isolate the medium during sampling and prevent leakage or contamination. Suitable for use with acidic and alkaline media in chemical, pharmaceutical, refining, and food processing industries, including reactor sampling under crystallisation conditions.

Selection notes

This gate valve is a double disc and sampling valve pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run DN25 to DN600, in PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, PN160, PN250, PN320, PN400, Class 150, Class 300, Class 400, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
