Description

A rising stem solid wedge gate valve with a ductile iron body coated with epoxy and a fully encapsulated EPDM rubber wedge, providing a bidirectional seal under fluctuating pressure conditions. The rising stem design provides visual indication of valve position (open or closed). Suitable for manual or actuator-based operation across a range of sizes and pressure classes.

Selection notes

This gate valve is a rising stem and solid wedge pattern, supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN1200, in PN10, PN16.

The body is Ductile Iron.

Seat and trim options are EPDM. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Stated service media include chemicals, air, water, steam, oil and salts.

It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater.

Working temperature is -10°C to 120°C.

Built to EN 1074, BS 5163 and EN 558 Series 14.
