Description

3-way flanged plug valve available in sizes DN25 to DN100, pressure ratings PN10-16, PN40, and ASA125/ASA150. Body, plug, bonnet, and gland available in grey cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, stainless steel 304/316, or bronze. Gasket options EPDM or Klingenit. Packing is PTFE+Graphite. Face-to-face per BS 1735. Flange drilling to DIN EN 1092, BS 4504, ASA 125/ASA 150.

Selection notes

This plug valve is a 3-way pattern, supplied for flanged installation.

Sizes run DN25 to DN100, in PN10, PN16, PN40, ASA 125, ASA 150.

The body is offered in GG 25, GGG 40, GSC 25 and SS 304, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are EPDM and Klingenit. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Working temperature is -25°C to 400°C.
