Description
Wafer-pattern butterfly valve with an aluminium bronze disc and PTFE seat, designed for shut-off service in industrial pipeline systems. The body is available in cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, or stainless steel. Operated via a gear operator for controlled manual actuation, suitable for medium and large diameter applications in water treatment, marine, and chemical services.
Selection notes
This butterfly valve is a wafer type and gear operated pattern, supplied for wafer installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN1000, in PN10, PN16, Class 150, Class 300.
The body is offered in CI, DI, CS and SS, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are EPDM, PTFE, FKM and NBR. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include chemicals, air, water, steam, oil and salts.

Working temperature is -30°C to 135°C.
