Description
Wafer-type butterfly valve with an aluminium body, designed for water supply, HVAC, and industrial piping systems. Available in sizes DN50 to DN1000 with multiple seat, disc, and stem material options. Rated to PN10/16 and ANSI 150/300 lb pressure classes with a working temperature range of -30 °C to 135 °C.
Selection notes
This butterfly valve is a wafer type pattern, supplied for wafer installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN1200, in PN10, PN16, Class 150, Class 300.
The body is offered in Aluminium, Cast Iron, Ductile Iron and Carbon Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are EPDM, NBR, PTFE and FKM. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include water, air, steam, oil, chemicals and salts.
