Description

Lug-type butterfly valve with ductile iron body, available in a range of body, seat, shaft, and disc materials for water distribution, wastewater treatment, and industrial piping systems. Uses an eccentric structure to reduce seal friction and extend service life. Operates with a 90-degree rotation for rapid open/close action.

Selection notes

This butterfly valve is a lug type pattern, supplied for lug installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN1200, in PN10, PN16, PN25.

The body is offered in CI, DI, CS and SS, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are EPDM, PTFE, FKM and NBR. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Stated service media include water and wastewater.

It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater, HVAC and Industrial Process.

Working temperature is -10°C to 120°C.

Built to ISO 5752, EN 593 and EN 1092-1.
