Description
Lug-type butterfly valve with PTFE lining, for aggressive chemical, high-purity, and corrosive media applications. Available in cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, aluminium bronze, and stainless steel body materials with a range of elastomeric and PTFE seat options. Operates via 90-degree rotation with an eccentric structure to reduce seal friction.
Selection notes
This butterfly valve is a lug type and ptfe coated pattern, supplied for lug installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN1200, in PN10, PN16.
The body is offered in Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, WCB and ALB, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are CSM, EPDM, Neoprene and NBR. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include chemical media, high-purity media and corrosive media.
It is catalogued for Water & Wastewater, HVAC and Industrial Process.
Working temperature is -45°C to 150°C.
Built to ANSI B 16.10, ISO 5211, ANSI B 16.1, EN 1092 and AS 2129.
