Description
A lug-type butterfly valve with full PTFE coating, designed for corrosive and aggressive media including chemicals, acids, and alkalis. The body is ductile iron with a PTFE seat and a CF8 disc coated with PTFE or PFA. The lug configuration permits end-of-line service and removal without disturbing the adjacent pipeline.
Selection notes
This butterfly valve is a lug type and ptfe lined pattern, supplied for lug installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN600, in PN6, PN10.
The body is DI.
Seat and trim options are PTFE. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include chemicals, alkalis and wastewater.
