Description
A flanged butterfly valve with a PTFE seat designed for flow control across a wide range of media including chemicals, air, water, steam, oil, acids, and salts. Available in sizes DN50 to DN1200 and rated to PN10/16 and ANSI 150 to 300LB pressure classes. Body materials include cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium bronze; stem, disc, and seat are available in multiple metallic and elastomeric options.
Selection notes
This butterfly valve is supplied for flanged installation.
Sizes run DN50 to DN1200, in PN10, PN16, Class 150, Class 300.
The body is offered in CI, DI, CS and SS, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are PTFE, EPDM, NBR and CSM. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
Stated service media include chemicals, air, water, steam, oil and salts.

Working temperature is -15°C to 135°C.
Built to API609, BS5155, DIN3202, ISO5752 and ISO5211.
