Description

Wafer dual plate check valve designed for installation between flanges without bolting lugs. Available in pressure ratings PN10, PN16, and PN25 across size range DN40 to DN800. Body materials include ductile iron, cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, and bronze with multiple sealing ring options.

Selection notes

This check valve is a wafer type and dual plate pattern, supplied for wafer installation.

Sizes run DN40 to DN800, in PN10, PN16, PN25.

The body is offered in GG 25, GGG 40, GS-C 25 and AISI 304, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Seat and trim options are PTFE, EPDM, NBR and SS. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.

Built to EN 558 Serie 16, DIN 3202-K3, EN 12266-A and EN 1092.
