Description
Flanged gate valve with position indicator, available in DN40 to DN1000, rated to a maximum of PN16 (derated by size). The valve features a wedge-type disc design and is manufactured in grey iron, ductile iron, cast carbon steel, bronze, or stainless steel depending on the specified material configuration. Suitable for operating temperatures from -10 to +120 degrees C. Conforms to EN 1171 and DIN 3352 design standards, with face-to-face dimensions per EN 558 Serie 14 and DIN 3202 F4, and flanged ends to DIN EN 1092-2/B.
Selection notes
This gate valve is a wedge type and with indicator pattern, supplied for flanged installation.
Sizes run DN40 to DN1000, in PN10, PN16.
The body is offered in GG 25, GGG-40, GGG40.3 and GSC25, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.
Seat and trim options are Bronze, SS304 and SS316. The seat, not the body, usually sets the temperature and medium limit, so confirm it against the service before ordering.
