Description

A pressure-balanced plug valve featuring an oil groove between the valve body and sealing surface, allowing sealing grease to be injected into the valve seat via an oil nozzle at any time to maintain or improve sealing performance. The valve employs an inverted pressure-balanced structure for light switching action. Part materials and flange dimensions can be selected to suit specific working conditions or project requirements.

This plug valve is a pressure balanced pattern, supplied for flanged and butt weld installation.

Sizes run DN50 to DN600, in PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100, PN160, PN250, PN320, PN400, PN420, Class 150, Class 300, Class 400, Class 600, Class 900, Class 1500, Class 2500.

The body is offered in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel, so the grade can be matched to the service rather than the other way round.

Working temperature is -29°C to 180°C.
